Refund policy

We accept change of mind returns for most purchases made as long as you meet these criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date 
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Final Clearance products

The cost of postage on returned items is non refundable

We may refuse the return of items that do not comply with the above criteria.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
